Job summary

Infrassocs Limited in New York seeks a Private Credit Associate focused on Energy Transition. You’ll build and own complex financial models for new deals and portfolio investments across solar, storage, wind and related platforms.

You will draft and present investment committee memos, run diligence, and drive deals from screening through closing, while structuring debt and tax equity and preparing lender materials. This is a fast-paced path into private debt investing.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years in investment banking, PE, private credit, project finance, M&A, or corporate finance at a developer, IPP or storage company
• Strong modeler with project finance or corporate modeling experience
• Commercial, curious and comfortable moving fast with a lot of moving parts
• Bonus points if you’ve closed M&A or private lending deals
• Real interest in investing and the energy transition
