This is a key role focused on sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing private credit investments. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, analytically strong, and have a deep interest in complex credit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of deal execution, from due diligence through closing
• Perform detailed financial modeling, credit analysis, and valuation work
• Conduct industry and company research to assess potential investment risks and returns
• Draft investment memos and present findings to the Investment Committee
• Monitor portfolio company performance and participate in ongoing asset management
• Assist in structuring bespoke private credit solutions, often involving non-traditional collateral or terms

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, credit investing, private equity, or restructuring
• Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
