Associate - Private Credit Fund Financing

A global investment firm is hiring an Associate to join its structured finance group, supporting a wide range of financing strategies across multiple investment vehicles. This role involves working on both new and existing financing arrangements across various asset classes. The team focuses on designing and managing financing structures at both the fund and portfolio level, spanning credit, equity, hybrid investments, infrastructure, and capital markets. The Associate will contribute to deal structuring, financial modeling, and ongoing oversight of financing terms and performance.

This position also includes evaluating fund-level lending opportunities and supporting execution of net asset value (NAV)-based financing solutions. The role offers broad exposure to investment strategies and external financing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions across the firm's investment strategies.
• Assist with a variety of financing types, including secured lending, structured credit facilities, and capital markets instruments.
• Build and maintain financial models to support transaction analysis and ongoing monitoring.
• Participate in negotiations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track and manage collateral, margin, and other key facility metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on structured finance, capital markets, or advisory.
• Proven experience working on financing transactions or credit structuring.
• Bachelor's degree required; background in finance, economics, or quantitative disciplines preferred.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools.
