Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced Global Finance Associate in New York, specializing in Private Credit with a strong background in asset-based lending and warehouse financing.

The role involves drafting and reviewing transaction documents, leading complex asset-based financing and warehouse transactions, and developing governing documents for SPV issuers. NY bar admission is required or eligible, with a JD degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in asset-based lending transactions.
• Familiarity with acquisition and financing of consumer loans, mortgages, and private fund interests.
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review transaction documents for asset-based financings.
• Lead asset-based warehouse financing transactions for borrower and lender clients.
• Prepare flow purchase agreements, loan and security agreements, and servicing agreements.
• Develop governing documents for SPV issuers and related legal opinions.
