Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Global Finance Associate in Chicago to work on Asset Based Lending and leveraged finance transactions for bank and non-bank clients. You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, and lead financing deals while coordinating with lenders.

The role requires a JD and admission or eligibility for bar in Illinois, with responsibilities including engaging with borrower/sponsor clients on fund finance matters and collaborating on complex financing structures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in commercial lending transactions.
• Experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
• Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility for admission.
