Job summary

Invited in Irving, TX, is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, following the 3-step service standard: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. This non-lead role supports dining operations and assists in service duties as needed.

Reports to the F&B Director or Restaurant Manager; requires prior F&B experience, state certifications, and completion of Invited’s service training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following the Invited F&B service training program.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders promptly.
• Ensure complete knowledge of the menu, features, and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist fellow employees to ensure a seamless member/guest experience.
• Handle complaints with service recovery techniques and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete daily assignments and side work; keep areas organized and stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
