Job summary

Copper Canyon Golf Club, part of Troon, Buckeye, Arizona, seeks a Full-Time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive exceptional guest service. Annual compensation is $60,000. The role includes staff supervision, budgeting, hiring, training and ensuring food and service quality.

Qualifications include an AA or higher, and experience in restaurant management, preferably at a private club. Strong leadership and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in restaurant management, preferably with private clubs.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English reading and speaking may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quality standards for the restaurant facility and staff.
• Oversees service staff, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Hires, trains and develops team members; conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures cash handling, guest satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.
