Job summary

Shadow Hills Country Club in Eugene, Oregon seeks a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead all club operations, reporting to the Board and Club President. The GM/COO will supervise the executive team, drive a strategic plan, manage finances, and foster a culture of service that enhances member satisfaction.

The successful candidate will emphasize leadership, staff development, community engagement, and proactive board collaboration to guide SHCC into the future.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership/management experience in a private club or hospitality operation.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop department heads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club operations and report to the Board and Club President.
• Lead the management team including Chef, F&B Managers, Controller, Golf Pro, Superintendent, and Membership/Marketing Manager.
• Foster a culture of service, learning, and professional development.
