Job summary

Corpus Christi Country Club in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an experienced General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead private-club operations, F&B, golf and racquets, and strategic planning. The GM/COO will partner with the Board to set budgets, KPI targets, and long-range priorities, while fostering an engaging, inclusive club culture and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations including F&B, golf, racquets, and facilities.
• Lead executive team; recruit, develop, and retain staff.
• Translate board priorities into operating plans and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with laws and protect the club’s brand and member experience.
• Drive member recruitment, retention, and overall community engagement.
