Job summary
Concord Country Club in West Chester, PA, seeks a visionary General Manager & Chief Operating Officer to lead a premier private club. You will partner with the Board and guide a talented team to deliver exceptional member experiences while preserving traditions.
As the Club approaches its Centennial, you will oversee strategic initiatives, capital projects, and operational excellence across golf, dining, racquets, and facilities, ensuring robust financial performance and a vibrant
Qualifications
- Minimum ten years of senior leadership experience in private club or hospitality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of club operations, finance, F&B, membership, marketing, HR, and capital planning.
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
- Outstanding leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- CCM certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing management team and foster accountability.
- Ensure operational excellence across all departments and facilities.
- Develop annual operating and capital budgets and manage finances.
- Build trusted relationships with members, staff, and the Board.
- Oversee Centennial Celebration and strategic capital projects.
