Job summary

Westwood Country Club in Vienna, VA seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to work closely with the AGM and Senior F&B Manager, delivering a high-quality dining experience for members and guests. This hands-on leader will mentor service staff, manage day-to-day FOH outlets across three dining rooms, assist with hiring and budgeting, and ensure consistent, polished service in a private club setting.

You will collaborate across VIP events, oversee POS updates, and uphold standards in wine service

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Hands-on management style with a focus on team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day FOH food and beverage outlets across three dining rooms (Family Casual, Adult Casual, Adult Pub).
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling FOH staff.
• Assist in developing the department's yearly budget with the AGM, review financial reports, and take corrective actions.
