Job summary

Arizona Country Club in Phoenix is seeking a Dining Room Bartender/ Bar Server to join our hospitality team and help create outstanding experiences for our members and guests. This role is part-time, non-exempt, with an emphasis on friendly, attentive service during our exciting renovation period.

You will mix cocktails, take orders, serve food and beverages, check IDs, monitor alcohol service, and work with a collaborative team to ensure memorable visits.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or GED equivalent required; licensure to serve alcohol may be required.
• Valid Arizona Food Handler’s card is required.
• Entry level, 1-2 years experience in the service industry is required.
• Bartending experience is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of liquor, wine and other beverages as well as menu items is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic beverages and take orders.
• Serve drinks and food to patrons and maintain dining area.
• Check IDs to verify age for alcohol service.
• Enter orders into POS and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist with inventory.
• Provide exceptional service to members and guests.
