Bluejack Ranch is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at our Texas club. You will take and serve drink orders, prepare beverages, and manage POS transactions with accuracy while upholding Bluejack standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a high-end golf/country club or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication with guests and team members.
• Service-oriented with professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve orders accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Prepare drink orders for guests and servers following Bluejack recipes and safety standards.
• Input orders at the point of sale and create a check for each guest.
• Maintain bar setup, stock, and cleanliness according to standards.
• Adhere to liquor laws and grooming standards; ensure safety and hospitality.
