Job summary

Hammock Dunes Club is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our private club and provide efficient, courteous food and beverage service to members and guests. You will prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages according to club recipes and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar.

Responsibilities include opening/setup, guest service, beverage service, dining support, cash handling, and maintaining a safe, compliant bar environment. Salary ranges reflect hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, attentive service to members and guests.
• Follow club standards for dining and beverage service.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor, wine and beer offerings.

Responsibilities

• Opening & setup: Inspect the bar and stock before service.
• Side work & closing: Complete opening procedures and end-of-shift duties.
• Take member and guest orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks per approved recipes.
• Ensure accurate billing and payments.
