Job summary

Laredo Country Club's Paloma Restaurant is seeking a passionate bartender to craft classic and innovative cocktails for a discerning private club audience. You will bring energy, precision, and creativity to every shift, ensuring members feel welcomed and attended to.

You’ll mix drinks per approved recipes, prepare garnishes and infusions, and deliver warm hospitality at the bar or lounge. Maintain a clean, stocked bar, follow procedures, and support the team to sustain excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid TABC Certification
• Valid Texas Food Handler Certification
• Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
• Valid driver's license or ID

Responsibilities

• Create classic and innovative cocktails that exceed expectations
• Mix, prepare, and serve beverages according to approved recipes
• Prepare garnishes, house-made syrups, and infusions before service
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Serve drinks at the bar and to lounge tables as needed
• Inspect and stock the bar before opening; maintain a clean, organized bar environment
• Collaborate with servers and leadership to maintain smooth service
