Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial services or service sales.
• Proven trusted relationship builder with a track record of delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Experience driving sales growth by deepening relationships across multiple product lines.
• Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65); ready to obtain within 150 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and manage existing client relationships, providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
• Cultivate and deepen long-term banking, investments and lending relationships; conduct in-person calls with clients at their business locations.
• Network with referral sources and centers of influence to generate banking and investment leads.
• Build internal partnerships across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet clients' short-, mid-, and long-term objectives via holistic planning.
• Adhere to all risk, regulatory, and security policies.
