Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Miami is seeking a Vice President Relationship Manager to cultivate high-net-worth client relationships across banking, lending, and wealth management. You will build trust through discovery and tailored solutions, while expanding the client base via proactive prospecting and strong partnerships.

You will lead collaborations with internal teams to deliver bespoke financial plans and maintain rigorous risk and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Possess 5+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 7, and FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 150 days of hire, via JPMorgan's licensing program.
• Hold a college degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful and enduring relationships with clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional and personalized experience.
• Collaborate with clients to discern needs and aspirations, crafting bespoke solutions across banking, lending and wealth planning.
• Foster long-term primary banking and lending relationships and facilitate introductions to wealth management services.
• Present JPMorgan Private Client value proposition to attract and nurture client relationships with sophistication.
• Build pipeline through acquiring new relationships and leveraging connections to drive business growth.
• Develop internal partnerships across all business lines to address clients' needs with precision.
• Uphold a strong risk and controls environment by adhering to policies and regulatory guidelines.
