The role emphasizes relationship-building, collaboration with specialists, and promoting self-service options, with weekend and some evening hours, plus strict regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA licenses required (or completed within 180 days).
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach to ensure clients receive suitable products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitates access to self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
