Job summary

Qualifications

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Valid and active SIE exam is required if registered after Oct 1, 2018.
• A valid Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors' book of business by handling account openings, money movement and investment trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships through processing requests, resolving issues and providing up-to-date information.
• Assist Advisors with wealth planning for clients and referral source management.
• Help with ongoing account reviews and performance reporting.
• Participate in Know Your Customer procedures and risk management activities.
• Assist in complying with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines while supporting team culture.
