Open to accomplished Tax Senior Managers and Directors ready to transition directly into Partner, with confidential conversations and strong ownership opportunities in a growing national platform.

Qualifications

• Current Tax Senior Manager, Director or Partner in public accounting.
• Strong HNW / Private Client Services tax experience.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.
• Comfortable leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow private client tax services for high-net-worth individuals and owners.
• Manage senior-level client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Drive ownership opportunities and strategic growth of the practice.
• Mentor and develop staff while building the Philadelphia practice.
