Job summary

Brown Advisory in Baltimore is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver highly customized client service. You will support Advisors and Senior Associates, coordinate with Operations, Portfolio Management and Compliance to ensure smooth day‑to‑day activity and proactive client service.

Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, processing asset transfers, preparing investment documents, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
1+ years financial industry or client service experience preferred.
Experience with trust administration or client accounts is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support Client Service Advisors and Senior Associates in daily tasks.
Coordinate with Operations, Portfolio Management, and Compliance for client service.
Manage cash transfers and recurring payments.
Onboard new accounts and handle document delivery.
Prepare investment-related documents for client signatures.
Maintain CRM records and client reporting.
