Aspire Talent Solutions is assisting a prominent AmLaw 100 firm in Philadelphia in hiring an Associate Attorney for the Private Client Services Practice Group. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, drafting complex wills and trusts, and managing estate administrations from probate through closing.

Qualified candidates will have a JD from a top-tier school, PA Bar or waivable, an LL.M.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission or ability to waive in.
• LL.M. and strong tax background required.
• 5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations/analyses, and administering estates from probate through closing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $285,000- $395,000, as determined by experience and market factors
