Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Private Client Services Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney to work with high-net-worth individuals on complex trust and estate matters while developing expertise in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Pennsylvania Bar Admission or the ability to waive in.
• LL.M. andstrong tax background required.
• 5+ years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations and analysis, and administering estates from probate through closing.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact.
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary range of $285,000- $395,000, as determined by experience and market factors
