Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academics.
• New York Bar Admission or ability to waive in.
• LL.M. with strong tax background.
• 5–7 years of substantive law firm experience in estate and tax planning for high‑net-worth individuals.
• Drafting and estate administration skills, including experience with complex wills and trusts.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations, tax calculations, and analyses, and administering estates from probate through closing.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and manage client contact.
• Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise high-net-worth clients on trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration.
• Draft complex wills and trusts tailored to client needs.
• Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met.
