Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Private Client Services Advisor on the Sales team in Fargo, ND. You will develop relationships with prospective individuals to create qualified opportunities and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage executive-level client relationships, collaborate with the account management team, and use the MMA sales model to grow a profitable book of business while pursuing performance goals. The role offers hybrid work and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience and/or training in insurance industry.
• 2+ years managing client relationships including face-to-face client interactions & meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective individuals leading to qualified opportunities to recommend solutions for insurance needs.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and delegate daily activities to team-members as needed.
• Build a profitable book of business utilizing MMA resources and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Engage in networking and establish centers of influence; participate in ongoing training and sales meetings.
• Coordinate high levels of client service with account management for new business, renewals, and reviews.
