• Act as main contact for Chase Private Client clients and other customers in the Branch.
• Manage complete banking relationships with a proactive approach to grow balances.
• Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts.
• Promote self-service options to provide 24/7 access to accounts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
