As a Private Client Producer at Gallagher, you’ll be the trusted advisor for High Net Worth individuals, managing their personal insurance programs and ensuring their unique needs are met with precision and care.
Required: - Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR - Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR - High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience with appropriate insurance licensing required.
Desired: - Professional certification preferred (CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
