J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Private Client Investment Associate in Jacksonville, FL to support trusted Advisors in delivering client-focused wealth solutions.

You will handle account operations, money movement, investment trades, and client communications, while assisting with wealth planning and performance reporting. A strong compliance mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A valid and active Series 7 license.
• If registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active SIE exam.
• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Advisors to support a group of client accounts and process operational requests such as account openings, money movement and trades.
• Assist Advisors by maintaining client relationships, resolving issues, and providing up-to-date wealth planning information.
• Support in managing relationship and account reviews, and in preparing performance reports.
• Engage in risk management procedures including Know Your Customer and account reviews.
• Ensure compliance with required forms and documentation and help manage daily workload and deadlines.
