Job summary

FirstMark is seeking a Private Client Group Agent to join a growing team of licensed professionals. You will work with the Corporate Lead team to manage warm internal leads, bind new business, and grow your client book.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000 with commissions on new business and add-ons, plus mentorship and full benefits. You can work nationwide, but you must align to PST business hours and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance sales in a client-facing role.
• Current P&C license.
• Able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F) and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a minimum of 5 warm internal lead calls per week from intake to binding their business.
• Manage assigned policies and add or round out coverage for clients.
• Work referrals from agency owners to grow book of business.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Utilize CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently.
• Stay current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements.
• Learn proven sales processes to improve close ratios and retention.
• Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership.
