Job summary

Capstone Search Group is seeking a Private Client Group Personal Lines Account Manager to join an independent insurance broker serving affluent clients. You will leverage your high-net-worth personal lines expertise to transform how we support and deliver client service.

Hybrid schedule is available. You will manage policy changes, billing, renewals, and claims status, maintain coverage summaries, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for added revenue.

Qualifications

• Several years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) with a strong understanding of the full-cycle client service process, including remarketing
• Private client group expertise is required
• Independent agency experience is required
• State insurance license is required

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals quickly
• Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to improve retention and uncover revenue opportunities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, helping the team achieve success through excellent retention, seeking out additional revenue opportunities, and improving service delivery.
