Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Private Client Banker in our New Jersey branch network to deliver personalized, high-touch service to affluent clients. You will manage client relationships, recommend banking solutions, and connect clients with specialists to address complex financial needs while upholding risk and compliance standards.

The role requires a valid SIE, Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a relationship-based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent Financial Services sales experience.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Actively manage clients and banking relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Communicate clearly to understand and fulfill clients' needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
