Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New Jersey is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking. You will be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their banking relationships with a proactive, advice-based approach and coordinating with specialists to meet complex financial needs.

You will promote self-service tools, help acquire new clients through referrals, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Weekend and some evenings work is required to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition
• SIE/FINRA licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting (as applicable)
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by enabling self-service options 24/7 access to accounts
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
