Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success acquiring new clients and deepening relationships in financial services.
• Experience in branch banking or equivalent financial services with revenue growth.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/TILA expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Adherence to policies and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Chase’s affluent clients at the Branch.
• Manage clients’ banking relationships to generate growth in balances.
• Acquire new clients by soliciting referrals and developing internal/external sources.
• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Provide advice-based service to ensure clients receive best products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for financial needs.
• Guide clients to self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
