Qualifications

• Proven ability to acquire and deepen client relationships with a value‑added approach.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank and TILA standards.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a select group of Chase's affluent clients and other customers in the branch.
• Manage banking relationships across the company to grow balances proactively.
• Solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients.
• Promote Chase Private Client and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Help clients access self‑service options for 24/7 account accessibility and convenience.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
