Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, tailoring features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and risk/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Actively manage client banking relationships and recommend suitable products/services.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and assist accordingly.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
