JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage affluent clients’ relationships and drive growth across Chase products and services. You will cultivate referrals, coordinate with specialists, and deliver tailored education and advice to help clients optimize their financial journeys.

The role requires adapting to branch hours, including some weekends, and adherence to regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related regulatory requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by setting up self-service access 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
