Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an energetic, client-focused Branch Banker to actively manage and grow banking relationships through a trusted, advice-based approach.

You will work with clients to tailor financial solutions, coordinate with specialists, and promote convenient, self-service options while upholding stringent regulatory and bank policies. This role offers growth within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
