Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Chicago is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers, managing their banking relationships across Chase's product suite.

You will actively solicit referrals, collaborate with Specialists, and ensure clients have access to self-service options 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The role emphasizes compliant, education-driven financial guidance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year branch banking or equivalent experience in financial services.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state licenses required or completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank / Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
