Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Chicago seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve affluent clients and manage a full banking relationship with an advice-based approach. You will help clients grow their balances by cross-selling Chase products and delivering personalized financial education.

Responsibilities include partnering with Specialists to connect clients to experts, guiding self-service access, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year branch banking experience with new client acquisition.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 (or equivalent) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
