Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage the banking relationship for affluent clients and other customers.

The role focuses on delivering tailored education and financial guidance while soliciting referrals and expanding the client base. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year in branch banking or equivalent, strong communication skills, and willingness to obtain required licenses and registrations under FINRA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related regulations.
• NMLS registration and related licensing requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with clients who may be eligible.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to offer best products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitate access to self-service options for 24/7 account access.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
