Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve affluent clients in our branch network. You will manage a complete banking relationship, offering education and advice tailored to their financial needs.

Collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts and programs. Help clients access accounts 24/7 through self-service options and uphold compliance while expanding relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or to be completed within 180 days of start date.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
