Job summary

Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for affluent clients and a broader customer base within the branch. You will manage the complete banking relationship using a proactive, disciplined approach to grow balances and provide personalized education and advice.

You will work with Specialists to connect clients to experts, help them access self-service options, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including Dodd-Frank and NMLS/Safe Act where

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with revenue generation.
• SIE exam / FINRA Series 6/7 / state registration required or completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Manages client banking relationships with an advice-based approach for best products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Sets up self-service options to access accounts 24/7 for client convenience.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
