Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Houston seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve a select group of affluent clients and manage their complete banking relationship with proactive, education-based advice.

You will partner with Specialists to connect clients with experts, promote self-service options, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements, including licensing and registration obligations.

Qualifications

• Relationship-based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Licensing requirements or plan to complete within 180 days (SIE, Series 6/7, state registrations).
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs.
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
