From day one, you will help clients access self-service options, navigate products, and stay compliant with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to help clients grow their balances.

Qualifications

• 1+ year branch banking experience in financial services
• SIE exam and FINRA 6/7 licenses or eligible to obtain within 180 days
• Dodd-Frank/TILA compliance
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
