Job summary

Chase Private Client seeks a client-focused banker to deepen relationships and provide education tailored to customers' financial goals. You will work with specialists to address complex needs and promote self-service options while upholding strict regulatory standards.

Eligible candidates will have a year of branch banking experience, necessary securities licenses or a plan to obtain them, and the ability to work weekends and evenings in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
• SIE exam and FINRA 6/7 licenses or must complete within 180 days
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Promote Chase Private Client value and advise clients accordingly
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach
• Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts for complex needs
• Encourage self-service access to accounts 24/7
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
