Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Niles, IL is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers in the Branch, managing their banking relationships with an advisory approach.

You will collaborate with Specialists to connect clients to experts, promote self-service options, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering a high-touch, education-focused banking experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a relationship-based approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year experience in branch banking or equivalent in financial services with new client acquisition.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act; NMLS registration requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage banking relationships with an advice-based approach to tailor products and services.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Suggest self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
