Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients and other customers in the Branch. You will manage their complete banking relationship with a proactive, advisory approach and collaborate with specialists to address specialized financial needs.

Responsibilities include promoting Chase Private Client services, ensuring access to self-service options, and strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain; compliance with Truth in Lending Act and Dodd-Frank requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Acts as main contact for affluent clients and manages their banking relationship.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs.
• Makes lives of clients convenient by setting up self-service access 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
