Job summary

You will use an advice-based approach to deliver the best products and services while partnering with specialists to meet complex financial needs. This role requires a strong commitment to compliance and customer service, with hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Relationship-based track record in acquiring and deepening clients.
• 1+ year in branch banking with verifiable client growth.
• SIE, FINRA 6/7 and state licenses required or started within 180 days.
• Dodd-Frank/TILA compliance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to deliver best products.
• Partner with Specialists to connect clients to experts for financial needs.
• Increase client convenience by promoting self-service options.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
