• Support Financial Advisors in managing and developing relationships with multigenerational families, business owners, executives, and nonprofits.
• Prepare financial planning analyses, client meeting materials, account documentation, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing service of client relationships.
• Assist with implementation of portfolio strategies and wealth planning initiatives.
• Manage client communications, scheduling, and proactive follow-up.
• Utilize firm technology to improve workflows and responsiveness.
• Provide professional telephone and written communication.
• Collaborate with advisors and team members to maintain high client-service standards.
