You will work directly with high-net-worth clients, handling account opening, asset transfers, documentation, and client communications with accuracy and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years prior client service experience within financial industry, or equivalent
• Series 7 & 66 strongly preferred, and if not, willing to obtain
• BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain client accounts and paperwork
• Assist with asset transfers, money movement, and trade instructions
• Prepare client correspondence and presentations for meetings
• Support client online access and respond to inquiries
• Document workflow in CRM and reconcile daily activity and reports
• Attend client meetings and present performance when required
